As part of the Internship 101 Week held on June 02nd , 2026, the School of Business and Management \u2013 Vietnam National University, Hanoi (HSB) organized a series of onsite recruitment activities, attracting the participation of leading corporations and dynamic startups across various industries. The event not only provided valuable internship and job opportunities for students but also enabled companies to directly engage with and identify high-potential candidates within the university environment.<\/p>\n

The program welcomed the presence of prominent organizations such as An Phat Holdings<\/span><\/span>, Viettel<\/span><\/span>, Novotel<\/span><\/span>, MSB<\/span><\/span>, UB Group, <\/span><\/span>MateTech<\/span><\/span>, Velaboost<\/span><\/span>, CGV Telecom<\/span><\/span>, TAJ MEDIA<\/span><\/span>, Midu MenaQ7<\/span><\/span>, Dinh Phong Company<\/span><\/span>, Phuong Bac Group..<\/span><\/span>. The diversity of participating organizations\u2014from finance and technology to media and services\u2014offered HSB students a wide range of career pathways aligned with their academic backgrounds and personal aspirations.<\/p>\n

Through onsite interviews, employers were able to efficiently assess candidates\u2019 professional competencies, attitudes, and development potential, while significantly streamlining their recruitment processes. For students, this served as a valuable opportunity to experience real-world recruitment settings, enhance employability skills, and demonstrate their capabilities directly to employers.<\/p>\n

At the interview booths, HSB students demonstrated strong proactiveness and professionalism by preparing well-structured CVs and personal portfolios, confidently engaging in face-to-face interviews, and actively researching companies and job positions. Many students received positive feedback on the spot, with some being invited to subsequent recruitment rounds or offered internship and probationary opportunities.<\/p>\n
